I am well on my way to having most major things planned for our big day, which is so exhilarating!! One thing I checked off my list recently was my hair and makeup trial with my extremely talented bridesmaids, who also happen to be my stylists! And it went amazingly! I was so happy that we not only got to spend time together, but that they could make me feel really confident about moving forward with my bridal look! And after the trial, I had gorgeous hair and makeup for my night on the town!
So I asked them if they could share their top 3 tips to make sure that other ladies get the best bridal beauty experience when they book a trial… And here’s what they said:
1. Do a bit of research and bring some photo ideas of what you want to try out at your hair and makeup trials.
2. Don’t stray to far away from your everyday look. You want to feel like the best version of yourself but you also want your look to reflect who you are. If you never ever wear red lipstick, your wedding day may not be the time that you want to try it out.
3. Always book a professional if possible. Professional hair and makeup artists know how to make your look last all day and how to make you look amazing in photos. It is worth the splurge if you think about how your face and hair are in all of the photos.
