It’s the first day of Spring!! Rejoice!! lol I don’t know about you but I am ready for this winter to be over…it felt extra long this year for some reason. I’m hoping for a very mild spring and lots of sunshine, which is probably wishful thinking but hey, a girl can dream. Anyways, in celebration of the first day of spring I thought I would compile some current home decor favourites. I don’t expect everyone to do a major overhaul on every room the second the weather turns, but there are a few small touches that can help transition your space for spring.

There’s nothing I love more than decorating with texture and spring in particular is when I love to see more rattan, wicker and jute. I also think about switching out some heavier pieces for lighter and more gauzy textures (like the curtains and duvet above). And then of course, accessories! Add in some greenery, season specific candles and some fun faceted vases and you’ve injected just the right amount of spring decor!
