Just a Glimpse of January

Umm, so what happened to the first month of this year? Didn’t I juuuust pack up the Christmas decorations? I’m sure you’re with me…this year is going by fast already and January was over in a flash. But it’s exciting because I feel like we’ve already accomplished a lot and some big changes are on the horizon to get really pumped for. As you know, we sold Laurier Heights and have already purchased our next flip…I am really looking forward to filling you in on all the details and taking you on the grand “before” tour. We also just put an offer in on another property for Ryan and I to move into…keep your fingers crossed it works out because it has huge potential! On a side note: I would never recommend buying two houses at once…the stress levels are through the roof right now!! Changing the subject, this month, I had some great (and much needed) moments with friends as my bestie Leanne got married and we road tripped out to the mountains for her stagette as well. It was my first experience snowshoeing and I loved it, even though it kicked the crap outta me!
