Well, we are winding down on the Laurier Heights house and I am excited to say that this one is creeping its way into the lead as my favourite flip. And that’s a bold statement considering how obsessed I was with the Capilano house! I hope you’re getting as excited as me to see the whole reveal – which will happen…drumroll please….NEXT WEEK! I can barely contain my excitement! Anyway, until then, here is another check in with the progress and Episode 3 of the Laurier Heights home flip (and no, there are no bombs or car thefts in this one!) The exterior has come a long way. Only some touch ups needed here (and we’ll remove the white lamp post that no longer works). All of the streets in the area just got redone too, as well as the sidewalks!I don’t want to show you too much of the living room yet, but here is our fireplace addition, with new mantle and shelving! The bathroom looks amazing already with white subway tiles, dark grey grout and new fixtures. Just wait to see it all together! And, of course, the kitchen. Ryan poured (himself!!!) gorgeous concrete countertops. And we have most of the hardware on the cabinets…so you can get a good idea what it will look like when complete. But, I also have a big surprise coming in this space! This visit I was trying to figure out backsplash options and while I love penny rounds, that’s not what we ended up choosing. Maybe next time!
See what I mean about getting close?? We are in the final stretches! So now, attached for your viewing pleasure, is Episode 3. Enjoy!
SERIOUSLY drooling over here! those countertops turned out amazingly & i’m happy your skipped the penny tile (haha!). cannot wait for the reveal & if timing works out right, to see it in person before it’s snatched of the market because with windows & ceilings like those, how will not be?!
Thanks hun!! I would love for you to come check it out 🙂 Staging is almost complete and I’m hoping to take photos this weekend!!!
