I always try to get away with wearing my summer dresses for as long as I can! Still desperately holding on to that warmer weather, what can I say! But I do love fall fashion for all the delightful layering. And this oversized poncho stole my heart with its soft fabric, batwing sleeves and longer length. It creates a beautiful and flattering drape over just about anything, like my LBD that I continue to wear regularly!
I also got so much use out of these simple, nude strappy sandals this summer, they are hard to let go of. Luckily, we got a little more nice weather in Edmonton so I could rock them a couple more times before busting out my boots.

I was in Winners last night and there were ponchos galore and I was like ‘How on earth would I wear a poncho?’. Well! Now I know how!! Time to go back to Winners! This looks so cozy and so perfect for fall.
