It shouldn’t surprise you that with a new baby, a busy toddler and a drive to log as many work hours in between that I would be a bit behind in other areas in my life. Blogging has taken a huge backseat…but truthfully it hasn’t bothered me much. I’ve enjoyed focusing my energy towards other avenues. And yet, today, I am here because I just have to share two, yes two!, exciting projects that we completed near the end of the year/decade. These reveals will not disappoint, trust me!
First, pop over here to check out The Emerald Lady, a project we completed in one of the oldest neighbourhoods in the city. As you can well imagine, a hundred year old home came with some challenges – small, quirky spaces that needed refreshing not only from an aesthetics point of view, but from a practical one too. I can honestly say it was one of the harder kitchens we’ve had to tackle, but I am so proud of how it turned out. Plus, this bathroom. THIS BATHROOM. I’ll leave it at that.
And then, after you’ve feasted your eyes on all that green goodness, you’ll want to check out The Modern in Magrath. One of our friends had been weighing the pros and cons of renovating versus moving, and I’m so glad she opted for the former. Because this project was a dream. Everything aligned perfectly to achieve one of my favourite designs yet…a minimalist haven for one of the coolest people I know. I think you’ll agree it’s striking in many ways.
Once again, none of this would be possible without Revive. Both projects went so smoothly because of this team and I am so grateful we get to work together so often!
Can’t wait to share more projects with you all in 2020!
