In just a few days, we head out with my family for a much needed vacay in Mexico! I can’t tell you how excited I am to escape the snow and trade it in for some sun, relaxation, and of course, fun! We booked this awhile ago and have been counting down the days ever since and now I finally get to start packing. Now we have been to Mexico before so it may not be anything new, but the fact that I am surrounded with my favourite people makes it pretty special. On the agenda: Mayan Ruins, ATV adventures, drinks and great reads poolside…oh, and ringing in the New Year next to the ocean!!! (Am I making you jealous??) Here are some of the items I think are a must to bring along for your Mexican getaway. Oh, and a bonus for going away in winter? Most beach/summer wear is on sale!

- I could live in Calypso St. Barth’s beautiful linen dress
- An essential item will always be a classic tank, paired with a maxi skirt or shorts
I also found this amazing packing checklist from Glitter Guide and thought I would share. Breaking the packing into sections, it makes it really easy to stay organized before the departure date. The worst thing is forgetting something you need!
