I have to say that one of my favourite types of weather is when it feels pretty brisk outside, but it’s still warm enough that a sweater is really all you need – bulky winter jackets can be saved for a days ahead and and you can get away without any extra layers of scarves, hats, gloves…all the cold weather accessories. I mean, don’t get me wrong…a cute toque and mitts is always fun…but we get A LOT of those days in Edmonton.
The other weekend, all I needed to galavant around the city were my trusty jeans and a comfy sweater. There really isn’t a knit, jersey, pullover, cardigan, etc. that I don’t love but this new, slouchy sweater I just grabbed from Aritzia is specifically speaking to my heart. It has a gorgeous mockneck design, that fits nice and loose all over…cinching right where it needs to. And the fine Merino wool makes it oh so cozy. Definitely a new staple in my wardrobe!
