I wanted to thank you all for your support and encouraging words with our latest flipping venture. It means the world to all of us – Ryan, Brendon and myself – to know there are people routing for us and getting excited to see our projects. We make a great team but if it wasn’t for our incredible support system, we wouldn’t be able to achieve any of this. So a big thank you to everyone who came to our open house, visited the blog, commented on photos, listened to us talk about it endlessly, whatever!! It means more than you will ever know!! Thank you!!
Here are just a few little snapshots from the open house…though I failed in capturing much of the evening or even getting our traditional team shot at the flip. I will work on that!! 🙂 
And yes, just a little update post listing…we SOLD THE HOUSE!! 5 hours after we had it listed, a lovely couple scooped it up and we are thrilled! I hope they have many, many happy years here…even though I am a little sad to see it go…sigh…
